This course gives you the fundamentals to make you an indispensable team player in your agency.
Understanding how agencies operate is essential training for insurance agency personnel and as a result, attendees will work with enhanced self-assurance and a greater understanding of the dynamics within insurance organizations. Topics include internal operations, enhancing staff skills, professional responsibility, the insurance marketplace, internal systems and streamlining processing.
This course (#51156/51157) is approved by the Florida DFS for seven hours of "intermediate" level CE credit toward a 2-20 or 4-40 license and one hour of Ethics. It is also one of five CISR courses.
Personal Residential
This course gives you the expertise needed to guide customers through an often stressful process and help them make decisions that insure their most valuable assets.
You will analyze homeowner policies and endorsements, determine who and what are covered in the homeowners policy, learn about applications of coverages to specific risks, and study the specifics of the dwelling policy.
This course (CE# 40420) is approved by the Florida DFS for eight hours of "intermediate" level CE credit toward a 2-20 or 4-40 license. This course also provides eight hours of CE credit for claims adjusters (adjuster course #47073). It is also one of five CISR courses.
Dynamics of Service
Designed for all insurance professionals to increase performance, professionalism, and job satisfaction throughout an agency.
The class concentrates on insurance-specific customer service training, with a special focus on customer service issues, including account development and E&O loss prevention.
Dues-paying CISRs can use Dynamics of Service for their annual update, but this class is open to anyone and would benefit anyone who works at an insurance agency.
Dynamics is rated "intermediate" by the Florida Department of Financial Services, and qualifies for eight hours of CE credit for anyone with a 2-20 or 4-40 license (course #37760).
Personal Auto
You will gain a strong foundation and confidence in the processes of analyzing and modifying your customers auto policies.
Topics include analyzing the Personal Auto policy and its endorsements; coverages on owned, borrowed, and rented autos; determining who is an insured; personal umbrella coverages; and minimizing E&O exposures.

You will improve cross-selling abilities with up-to-date knowledge of commercial property coverage while reducing E&O exposures. This course gives you the skills to address these issues with greater ease and confidence. Topics include major Commercial Property coverage forms and causes of loss forms, understanding Business Income coverage, and commercial Inland Marine coverages.

Personal Lines
This institute prepares you for the unique needs of individuals, families, and family members while tackling the complexities of Florida-specific personal lines forms.
Ideal for the experienced agent, you will increase your working knowledge of Personal Auto, PIP, and related vehicle and trailer coverages; homeowner insurance; and umbrella/excess coverages. You will also learn when and how to recommend risk-management techniques for managing personal lines accounts; and learn to increase production and improve account retention.

Commercial Property

Graduate Seminars are intended to provide updating CICs with more variety in timely insurance topics or more advanced versions of topics covered in the five regular institutes.
CIC Graduate Seminars (GS) are special courses open only to dues-paying CIC and CRM designees. Each Graduate Seminar is unique, so the CE course number and credit information may be unavailable until a month or so before the class.
